My bullwhips are made in various lengths using the highest quality synthetic materials, usually with a spring-steel handle and usually without bolsters.
These are always whip-within-a-whip construction consisting of the core, binding, braided bellies, binding over each belly, and finally an overlay. No tape or filler material is used. The number of bellies depends on the final thickness and weight desired, as well as other factors such as the stiffness of the transition, flexibility, and other characteristics that may be affected by the materials used. Many of these whips are of unique design pioneered by myself and refined through experimentation and discussion with friends.
